New private home sales rebounded strongly in November despite the start of year end school holiday and amid a supply glut. Developers sold 1,147 units (excluding executive condominiums) last month, 23.2 per cent more than the 931 units sold in October. One of the previously launched project that did well in November include Parc Esta (102 units) in Eunos. It is expected that The Lakegarden Residences will be able to ride on the current positive sales momentum given its attractive pricing for a new project.
